Ela Township is home to thousands of civic-minded residents who are passionate about positively impacting the future of our country: saving our environment, pushing for quality education, implementing gun safety measures, ensuring equality for all, supporting women’s rights, fighting for affordable healthcare, and more.

Ela Democrats is a volunteer group that meets once a month to discuss local political happenings, be informed by guest speakers, make plans to get out the vote, and to socialize. There are many ways to get involved from attending Ela Dems meetings, to becoming a precinct captain, marching in parades, donating, writing postcards, participating in our private Facebook group, talking to friends and family about when and how to vote by mail, etc.

See below for a list of Ela Dems. officers as well as precinct opportunities or simply contact us to see how you can help!
